Client had trouble with employee disengagement. Through an employee engagement survey, I found a notable pain point was the lack of visibility into weekly sales goals and individual performance. I prototyped the below dashboards before coming together with the executive team to create their final product - a dashboard employees could access directly via a Google Site to monitor their individual & team performance, which improved employee engagement by 27% after just 15 days of enablement.
