I’ve worn a lot of hats—project manager, data analyst, training facilitator, instructional designer—but my superpower lies in solving complex problems with creativity and care. I blend design thinking and data-driven strategy together to turn ambiguity into clarity and action. 

Through translating messy data into meaningful insights, building programs that actually work, and ensuring every voice is part of the conversation, my solutions demonstrate the impact that happens when analytics and empathy work hand-in-hand. 

I’ve worked across tech, education, and community spaces, consistently driving operational change and building systems that empower people. Whether it’s streamlining processes or designing learning experiences, I thrive at the intersection of data, design, and human connection. 

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my Australian cattle dog/husky (ausky) puppy, sharing laughter with friends and family, or engaging in some form of community service.
